Is this a substitute for legal advice from a lawyer?
No. Our AI‑generated reviews help you understand your contract and spot common issues, but they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified legal professional. For binding legal opinions, courtroom representation, or jurisdiction‑specific counsel, please consult a licensed advocate.
How long does a contract review take?
About 5 minutes after you upload your contract and submit the brief questionnaire that goes with it.
What types of contracts do you review?
We currently review seven types: Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Employment, Service, Vendor / Supplier, Co‑Founder / Partnership, Freelance, and Rent / Lease agreements.
Can I include specific concerns or questions I want the review to address?
Yes. Each form has an optional ‘Specific Concerns’ field where you can raise particular points you want the review to focus on. When you fill it in, your report will include a dedicated section addressing each of your concerns in detail.
What file formats can I upload?
We accept PDF (.pdf) and Microsoft Word (.docx) files.
What language do you review contracts in?
Currently, we review English‑language contracts only. Your report is also delivered in English.
How do I pay? Is the payment secure?
Payments are processed through Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Card and payment details are handled directly by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking information on our servers.
What happens to my contract after the review?
Your uploaded document is used only to generate your review and is deleted from our systems within 24 to 48 hours. We do not share or sell your contract or agreement data.
