Why we built this
For most people in India — small business owners, freelancers, first‑time founders, employees signing offers, tenants signing leases — contracts are unavoidable but rarely easy to read. Legal language is dense by design, and the consequences of misunderstanding a clause often only surface when something goes wrong.
So most people sign without fully reading. Or they read, but don’t fully understand what they’re agreeing to. Either way, the risk is the same: missed clauses, unfavourable terms, and problems they didn’t see coming.
