Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 02, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Lawgic Minds website, lawgicminds.com (“the website”), and Contract Review, the AI contract review service on it (“Contract Review”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or Contract Review.

Lawgic Minds (“we”, “us” and “our”) is based in India; our contact details are at the end. Our apps, Lawgic Minds: Indian Law and Lawgic Minds: US Business Law, have their own terms, which are shown in the apps.

Who may use the website

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

What Contract Review is

Contract Review reviews an agreement you upload and emails you a written report. It covers seven types of agreement: non-disclosure, employment, service, vendor or supplier, co-founder or partnership, freelance, and rent or lease. You choose the type, answer a few questions, upload your document as a PDF or Word file, and pay. The document must be in English and within the size limits shown on the order page.

Each report includes a risk score, a verdict, an explanation of the issues found, and suggested wording. The review is based only on the document you upload and the answers you give us. We do not check anything outside the document, such as who the parties are or whether an agreement has been properly stamped or registered.

We aim to email your report in about five minutes. This is an estimate, not a promise, and larger documents can take longer.

This is not legal advice

Contract Review is for information and education only. It is not legal advice, and no lawyer-client relationship arises from using it. Reports are generated by artificial intelligence.

AI can make mistakes. A report may misread your document, miss a problem, or state the law incorrectly, and we cannot guarantee that it is complete or accurate. Indian law changes, and rules on matters such as stamp duty, rent and employment differ from state to state, so a report may not reflect the rules that apply to you.

The risk score, verdict and suggested wording are an automated assessment to help you understand a document and prepare questions. They are not a recommendation to sign or not to sign, and the decision is yours. Before you sign anything important, or anything a lot depends on, have it checked by a qualified lawyer.

Your document and your responsibilities

You keep all rights in the document you upload. You give us permission to process it, including by sending it to AI service providers acting for us, only to produce your report. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to it.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the document. If it is confidential or covered by a non-disclosure agreement, check that you are allowed to share it. If it contains other people’s personal information, you must be entitled to share that too.

You are responsible for choosing the right agreement type, giving accurate answers, and entering a correct email address. Your report is sent to that address.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and depend on the length of your document. Your price is calculated when you upload and shown before you pay; the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, is the amount you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which handles your card, bank or UPI details; we do not store them. We may change our prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already paid for.

Refunds

Contract Review is a digital service delivered to you as soon as it is ready, so a payment is not refundable once your report has been delivered.

We will refund you, or redo the review, if we fail to deliver your report, deliver a report that is clearly incomplete or does not relate to your document, or charge you twice or the wrong amount. Write to info@lawgicminds.com and we will put it right. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

Using the website

Please do not:

  • use the website or Contract Review for anything unlawful, or upload anything that contains malware;
  • interfere with the website, or try to get around its limits or security;
  • scrape or bulk-download the website’s content, or use it to build a competing product; or
  • use another person’s identity or payment details.

Ownership

You may use your report for your own personal or business purposes and share it with your advisers. Everything else on the website — its content, design, software, name and logo — belongs to Lawgic Minds and is protected by law. You may not copy or resell it.

Availability

We aim to keep the website and Contract Review running, but we do not promise that they will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them, for example for maintenance.

Disclaimers and limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, the website and Contract Review are provided “as is”, and we do not promise that any report will be accurate, complete or suitable for your purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity or business. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with a review is limited to the amount you paid for that review.

Ending your access

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. A report already delivered to you remains yours.

Complaints

If something about the website, Contract Review or these terms is wrong, write to our Grievance Officer: Abhimanyu,  Lawgic Minds, info@lawgicminds.com. We will acknowledge it and respond within 30 days.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

These terms, and changes to them

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the website and Contract Review. If they conflict, these terms prevail, except that the Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal data. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top, and an update applies from the date it is posted.
