Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get your money back for Contract Review, our AI contract review service at lawgicminds.com. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

The general rule

Contract Review is a digital service, and your report is delivered to you as soon as it is ready. A payment is therefore not refundable once your report has been delivered, except in the cases below.

When we will refund you or redo the review

  • we fail to deliver your report;
  • your report is clearly incomplete, or does not relate to your document;
  • you are charged twice for the same order, or charged the wrong amount.

In the first two cases we will, at your choice, redo the review at no charge or refund you in full. For a double or wrong charge we will refund the extra amount.

When we cannot refund you

We cannot refund a payment because:

  • you chose the wrong agreement type;
  • you entered the wrong email address, because your report is sent to the address you give us;
  • we cannot produce a report from your file, for example because it is unreadable, corrupted, password-protected or not in English;
  • you changed your mind after receiving your report; or
  • you disagree with the report’s assessment, score or verdict. A report is AI-generated information, not legal advice (see our Disclaimer).

Payments that fail

If money was taken from your account but no order was created, your bank or payment provider normally reverses it automatically within a few working days. If it has not, write to us with your payment reference and we will help.

How to ask for a refund

Write to info@lawgicminds.com as soon as you notice a problem, from the email address you used for the order, with the date of your order and your payment reference. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours. If it falls under the cases above, we will process the refund within 7 working days, to the payment method you used. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
